At Benjamin Farms, we are offering a limited selection of our 30 best lambs from this season’s flock.
Our lambs are 100% pasture raised using a regenerative grazing management style. This approach focuses on improving soil health, supporting biodiversity, and allowing our animals to live and grow in a natural environment.
Throughout the season, our lambs graze freely on pasture and are regularly moved to fresh grass. This system supports healthy animals while producing flavorful, high-quality lamb.

Estimated live weight at harvest: ~100 lbs
After processing, customers can expect approximately:
40–50 lbs of take-home meat, depending on final carcass weight and cutting preferences.
Processing
Lambs will be processed by Kessler Processing and professionally packaged for freezer storage.
We anticipate lambs will be processed in the first week of December 2026.
Buyers will be able to provide their preferred cutting instructions, allowing you to customize the cuts to your household’s cooking preferences.
Pricing
Each lamb is $350, paid directly to Benjamin Farms.
Once a lamb is reserved, we will transport to Kessler Processing.
Customers will be responsible for processing fees paid directly to Kessler Processing, which are typically around $150.
This means the total expected cost is approximately $500, depending on final processing choices.
