Program Overview

The Benjamin Farms Agility Field Season Pass is designed for committed handlers who want consistent, safe, and flexible access to outdoor agility training during the summer season.

This is a handler-based season pass (not per dog). Approved individuals may use their scheduled time with any dog(s) currently in their care, provided all dogs meet safety and behavior requirements.

⏰ Available Hours: 9:00 AM – Sundown

Field Access & Booking Structure

• Two outdoor agility fields

  • Ring 1: 120’ x 90’

  • Ring 2: 120’ x 150’ - Coming soon!

• Rentals are booked in 1-hour time blocks and can be reserved back-to-back if desired. Season Pass holders will have access to a private calendar to reserve training time.

• Booking required (no drop-ins).

• Solo training only unless otherwise approved.

  • This means the training fields are only available to the HANDLER who applied for the Season Pass. Sharing your Season Pass with friends or family will not be allowed. Alternatively, individuals who want to join a Season Pass holder to train are required to pay the hourly rental rate.

• Season Pass holders must adhere to all posted rules, safety guidelines, and equipment care standards.

Application & Safety Requirements

All Season Pass holders must apply and be approved. Limited applications will be accepted.

Application review ensures:

• Handler experience and responsibility

• Dog(s) are appropriate for shared farm property

• Safety of equipment, dogs, and facility

👉 Membership is not guaranteed upon application and may be revoked if rules are not followed.

Membership Tiers (2026 Summer Season)

Tier 1: Summer Pass - Base Level

💰 $80/ month or $360 for the season when paid in full

Includes:

• Up to 16 hours per month (4 hrs per week) of field time.

• Access May 15, 2026 (Weather depending) – October 15, 2026.

• Handler-based usage

• Flexible use across multiple dogs

• Booking access during standard hours

🚫 Does not include discounted classes, workshops, or private lessons

Tier 2: Premium Summer Pass

💰 $120/month or $460 for the season when paid in full

Includes everything in the Summer Pass Base Level :

• Increased weekly booking allowance - Up to 24 hrs per month (6hrs per week)

• Priority booking access

• Ability to book further in advance

• Early access to select events or training opportunities

• Discounts! - 10% off all group classes, workshops, and private lessons

Early Bird / Founding Member Pricing (2026 Season Only)

To reward early commitment during our inaugural season:

🌟 Early Bird Rates - Prepayment required in full for the season

• Basic Summer Pass: $290

• Premium Summer Pass: $400

This is the first year of our agility field membership program.

By applying, members acknowledge:

• Policies, scheduling rules, and procedures may evolve.

• Adjustments may be made to improve safety, fairness, and functionality.

• Core benefits and pricing will be honored for Year 1 members who apply the following season.
